Responsibilities:
Provide Technical Support services to Japanese customers and clients in a professional manner
Meet and exceed targets and expectations
Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Candidate must possess at least 2 years Vocational Diploma / Completed 2 years College education, any field
Required language(s): Nihongo, English (at least NLPT 3 passer)
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
Willing to start ASAP
Call Center Experience preferred but not required
Can read and write Japanese writing (Katakana, Hiragana and Kanji)
Can deliver services to clients in a professional manner
Monday to Friday schedule, Morning shift
