REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent English/Cantonese, written and verbal communication skills
Must be fluent in both written and verbal English and Cantonese
Experience working in an environment that has a key focus on providing an outstanding customer experience.
Must be personable, warm and confident
Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and driven to achieve objectives.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented, highly accurate and productive.
Can work independently with minimal supervision
18 years of age and above
Computer literate
Willing to start ASAP
Good interpersonal skills
