Job Type: Full Time – Permanent; Direct Employment

An exciting opportunity has been opened up by a Global Shared Services company who is seeking for a Voice Engineer who will help out in the company’s Operations Team and provide support to the business.

The successful Voice Engineer Team Lead will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Provide 24x7 level 1 and 2 support for voice / telecoms services
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting, analysis and recommendations
- Vendor Management and Shift Scheduling
- Process Improvement
- Ticket support and monitoring
- Ensure effective and timely escalation
- Provide configuration expertise on the network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in Telecoms / Voice engineer in an IT 24x7 support environment
- Knowledgeable in Telephony Systems, PABX, VoIP and Cisco
