Description

- Handle customers complains in a professional and polite manner
- Provide exceptional and outstanding customer service.
- Work in a fast paced environment and multitask
- Do the proper documentation of customers' inquiries and responses for future reference.
- Providing excellent step by step instructions to clients
- Performing troubleshooting and technical works


Job Requirements:
1. Candidate must completed 2 years in College in IT or any Computer related course
2. Call center experience is an advantage, but not required
3. Good English communication skills
4. Amenable to work in Ortigas,Pasig /Makati City /Pasay /Mandaluyong /QC/Cebu/Davao
5. Willingness to work on a graveyard and shifting schedule
