Description
- Manage all accounting transactions (income and expenditure accounts)
- Prepare budget forecast, analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitment and obligations incurred to predicts future revenues and expenses
- Prepare financial statements like balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Reconcile the companyโs Bank Statements, accounts payables, receivables and bookkeeping ledgers
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Filling and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Report the companyโs financial health and liquidity to top management
- Initiate and manage financial and accounting software used by the company
- Maintain the confidentiality of financial data through appropriate security measures and execute scheduled database backups
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Perform other duties as directed by the top-level management deemed necessary for the company.
