ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Supervise a number of branches (based on set cluster configuration) and responsible for increasing revenue and profit contribution, and sustain operational efficiency in the assigned cluster network by:
—Providing and optimizing cluster-specific sales and marketing , customer service strategies and solutions to attract and retain customers
—Implementing and reinforcing operations and branch network strategies, policies and procedures in driving maximum performance and productivity of the sales force
—Continually enhancing knowledge and expertise on the policies, and products and services

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

—Graduate of any 4-yr course preferably Business Courses
—With at least 2-3 years relevant experience in the service / retail / banking industry in a supervisory capacity
—Above Average verbal communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills
—Strong leadership capability
—Willing to work on shifting hours, weekends and holidays
