Responsibilities

Responsible for prospecting and meeting sales targets established by the company including: phone calls, emails, web research, data entry and data management in a CRM system
Conducts intelligent business conversations through lead qualification that converts ‘warmed up’ prospect’s into the qualified leads.
Develops new client relations and build pipelines to conduct follow up appointments for the sales team.
Perform other key administrative support functions to ensure operational efficiencies within the business unit.
Meet or exceed company standards of customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all time.
Ensure quality collection, entry and updates of lead data in the CRM system
Perform to established key performance metrics, including personal and team goals
Qualify opportunities by being aware of business, economic and market-related trends, and be able to introduce and discuss these with potential clients.
Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that track progress to plan for the next target market.

Minimum Qualifications: At least 2 years of College

Required Experience:

Good data entry and typing skills
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Experience in a sales organization with at least one year of high
volume outbound sales experience
Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and various email programs.
