Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a full-time virtual sales assistant that can do lead gen activities (source emails when given a list), as well as send emails and set appointments (via email).
The working hours will be 9-5pm (full-time) and can be on any time-zone.
You will be targeting US or European companies and the marketing, sponsorship, commercial directors or CEO's at these companies.
You will have to find the email address for the contacts and send them an email. We will write the email so you can copy and paste it in. Any replies to the email, you will have to set an appointment for a sales director to speak directly with the contact - meaning you provide a calendar link so that they can book times.
Excellent english is a must for this position and having worked in sales, using a CRM would be beneficial but not required.
