PIONEER TRUCK PARTS AND EQUIPMENTS CORPORATION
We are looking for a qualified Office Staff who will be assigned in Sales Department, who will assist in daily operations and clerical tasks. Effectively prioritize assignments, and complete them in timely manner. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, customer service focus and with Pleasing Personality.

Position: Office Staff
Location: willing to be assign in Quezon City

Office Staff Qualifications:
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree BSBA or any related course
• With a strong Pleasing personality
• At least 6 months experience of Office/Admin Staff
• Understanding of office procedures and processes is a plus
• Computer literate; proficient using Microsoft Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills

Office Staff Duties and Responsibilities:
• Copy, update, and organize various office documents; complete data entry as needed
• Coordinate with the client and Help to immediately resolve and mediate customer complaint
• Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workspace
• Other duties as assigned by management or needed by the business.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with managers but especially with customers.
• Answer phones, direct calls, take and deliver messages as needed
• Report any problems with office equipment; help resolve the issues if possible
