Dear RNs.. We need NURSE CALL CENTER AGENTS for hiring TODAY!!! Answer calls and triage patients over the phone.

Employment Status : 2 months probation and straight to permanent.
Location : BGC, Taguig (near St. Lukes)
Schedule : 40h/week; select your shift schedule (day, mid, overnight)
Starting salary of P16,000 + allowances + performance incentives

Provide superior customer service by answering incoming calls from Accenture employees, capturing absence details, conducting a basic health assessment over thephone and providing appropriate medical advice to enable full recovery.
Maintain confidentiality of the information received from employees.
Establish a caring relationship with the unwell employee.
Adheres to the documented absence care processes around inbound calls, outboundcalls and the handling of emergencies.
Documents employee signs and symptoms or diagnosis per ICD 10 in the AbsenceCaresystem.
As required, refer employee to onsite clinic or other health care facility (i.e. ambulanceor A&E if necessary).
Understand and know where to escalate emergency situations

Bachelor’s Degree and Professional License in Nursing or equivalent.
At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Has at least 1 year experience in BPO/Call Center handling Healthcare/Medical Account.
Has excellent oral, written and listening communication skills.
Knowledgeable in MS Office programs and other computer related applications.
Willing to work on shifting schedule, and /or during holidays.
Knowledge of ICD-10 + Experience in Occupational Health or Primary Care nursing
