RSP LIM Construction, a competitive construction, development and real estate firm, is looking for an HR practitioner, preferably with experience in construction or related fields.

Requirements:
• 1 year related experience or training
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be a graduate of Human Resources Management, AB Psychology and other related courses

The HR practitioner will help implement the company manual to comply with labor standard laws, maximize an employee’s output, and motivate personnel. The HR practitioner will also help recruit and select employees with the right knowledge, skills and experience, and maintain them through training. The HR practitioner will also administer employee records and compensation and deal with personnel grievances and discipline. As recruitment specialist, he or she will have to very skilled in recruiting techniques involving engineers, architects, office employees, and most importantly, construction workers such as masons, laborers, tile installers, carpenters, painters, and steelmen.
