We’re looking for an unflappable, ultra-organized and highly detail orientated person to support the Australian team with this growing finance business that specializes in the real estate industry.
Reporting to Team Leader (Australian based), in a normal day you would be:
• End to end management of processing weekly payroll of 800 employees for clients within the APAC region
• Process redundancies, terminations, commissions, new hires, increases and back pays
• Interpretation of Australian awards
• Perform AU statutory contribution and deductions for PAYG and superannuation
• Perform uploading of bank file and mass changes for entry into payroll system
To be in the running for this great role, you should have:
• Previous hands on experience (2-5 years) processing Australian payroll
• Well versed with Australian payroll legislations and statutory requirements
• Proficiency in XERO and the Microsoft Office suite i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence and an energetic personality
