A multilingual Call Center focusing on content moderation is looking for Japanese Content Moderator and Translator. This company is supporting 25 languages across the globe currently servicing companies included in Fortune 500 list. They need content moderators for employment company and for Travel review companies.

Position:Japanese Content Moderator and Translator
Salary: 85,000 – 100,000 – negotiable
Industry: Multilingual Contact Center
Account: Content moderation of Q and A Platform
Location: Makati
Clients: Travel websites and review sites

Requirements:
• Native Japanese
• If Filipino, MUST be JLPT N1 PASSER or Level
• Must have stayed in Japan for 18 years
• Can speak English Well – Conversational
• Graduate or undergraduates
• Keen to details
• Knows basic technical skills in computers
• Having 6-month experience in BPO (advantage but not required)
• Familiar with Facebook, Linkedin, twitter, Youtube and instagrams

Duties:
Monitor Q and A platform, Translate comments and contents from English to Japanese
Moderate the content of the platform used by Japanese reviewers
Review any user generated content written in Japanese
Monitor and check the problematic content written in Japanese
Judge some controversial posts based on company policies and procedures in Japanese
Review posts – images, videos, graphics and content for sensitive issues
Review reported content and take actions if policies are violated
