-Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in building construction materials and methods
Responsibilities:
- Preparing all the required bidding
- Considering all applicable codes and regulatory requirements of government agency
- Evaluating of construction methods and determining cost-effectiveness
- Reviewing Project budget
-Reviewing of plans and value engineering of such project
- Resolving issue, discrepancy, and errors on Contract
Skills Required:
- Knowledgeable in Autocad
- Estimating
