Responsibilities:
Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through call, e-mail and chat.
Manage and process for all customer related issues
Coordinate with clients and conduct survey calls
Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
Requirement:
Proficient in speaking, reading and writing Cantonese
Conversational in English
At least college level in any course
With at least 1-2 years working experience in any industry
Knowledgeable in computer applications/ Microsoft and Excel
Willing to work for shifting schedule
