The Company:

This Australian real estate agency with global recognition is seeking to hire an energetic administration assistant to support the Australian Property Management team who are family and community focused, collaborative and inclusive.

What you’ll do:

Internet research projects - Collecting information for colleagues
Creating internal marketing documents for colleagues
Preparing routine reports
Scheduling appointments for colleagues
Database management
Invoicing and debt collection
Anything and everything related to administration!

Who we are looking for:

Experience working within a western business environment
Minimum 2 year’s administration experience ideally supporting a sales, real estate or marketing team (training provided)
You’re obsessive about details
Tech savvy with picking up CRM systems
Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Articulate and enthusiastic person

6:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday shift (whichever one best suits you)
