KEY COMPETENCIES AND FUNCTIONS

I. Financial Management and Reporting
• Monitoring and submission of daily completion reports of all SAQ officers
• Reporting of all site activities, preparation and submission of RTB folders and department’s transmittals
• Reporting of discrepancies of committed cycle time and actual accomplishments
• Checking expense reports of all SAQ officers and Account Managers ensuring all expenses reported are in accordance to company policy
• Ensuring all departmental reports are submitted on time
• Submits all reports, request for approval to the COO
II. Customer Service
• Coordinating with other Departments all Sales and SAQ related concerns and ensuring all needed dependencies are given on time
• Coordinating and monitoring activities of Sales and Client Services Department with clients ensuring all commitments are delivered
