Position: Japanese Helpdesk (AIRLINE account)
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: P 70, 000 – 80, 000
Shift: Dayshift
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Requirements:
Native
Must be fluent in English
At least High School graduate in Japan
Customer Service experience is an advantage

応募要件、資格:
日本人
英語が流暢に話せること
少なくとも日本で高校を卒業していること
カスタマーサービスの経験は優遇

Responsibilities:
Responsible in handling travel related customer concerns and feedback
Manage communicating with customers through email
Attend to phones calls to resolve inquiries and concerns of Japanese customers
Build strong client relationship and improve customer experience
Liaising closely with internal departments and external entities for documentary requirements
Preparation & submission of regular operational related reports
Submission of necessary docum rents & reports
Maintaining proper filing system

業務内容:
旅行関連の顧客の懸念やフィードバックの取り扱いを担当すること
メールでの顧客とのコミュニケーションを管理すること
電話で、日本の顧客の問い合わせや心配事の解決にあたること
クライアントと強い信頼関係を結び、顧客によりよい経験をさせること
ドキュメンタリー要件のため、内部部門や外部主体としっかりと連絡をとること
定期的な業務関連レポートの作成や提出
必要な書類と報告書の提出
適切なファイリングシステムを維持すること
