DOCUMENTATION

Making sure that all of the documents such as LTO, FDA License, PDEA Permit, CPR’s, distributor agreement, and other documents are updated and organized
Catering to documents needed by medical sales representatives for hospital inclusion, bidding, or shopping
Orderly filing of permits, CPR’s and other necessary documents
Filling up and checking the accuracy of the information of PDEA permits and other important documents for PDEA use
Keeping the pricelist updated with approval from the Accounting and Finance Department and Management
Handles queries or concerns regarding permits, stocks, requirements, or documents needed by medical sales representatives
STOCK MANAGEMENT

Receive and release stocks delivered from Manila or from supplier/s
Monthly inventory to be forwarded to the Accounting and Finance Department
Release stocks as per purchase order of the customers and record the transaction for deliveries
Maintaining the record for purchases and ordering out of stock products
Maintenance of the stock room; keeping the stocks safe, in good order, and correct inventory especially the dangerous drugs.
Keeping the pricelist updated with approval from the Accounting and Finance Department and Management
REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of BS Pharmacy
Licensed Pharmacist
With experience in the same field is a plus but fresh graduates can also apply
