Under the supervision of the Senior ER Manager, the ER Assistant provides administrative support to the department. S/he ensures that all ER-related reports and documents are organized and available when needed. This position contributes to the department’s goals in promoting positive work environment and employee satisfaction by supporting its initiatives.

Maintains records of incident reports, transcriptions, and other labor-related documents.
Prepares accurate and updated ER-related reports (e.g. attrition, AWOL, CARE issuance and DOLE reports) for documentation and reference when needed.
Responds to employees’ inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
Attends meetings and/or hearings, takes minutes, and ensures availability of data/reports if required.
Assists employees on processing statutory benefits (when assigned on nightshift).
Performs data gathering for labor-related investigations, as directed by the immediate superior.
Assists the Employee Engagement Officer on organizing events: planning & budgeting, preparation of things to be needed, coordination with various departments, documentation, and evaluation.
Keeps track of the department’s office supply levels, and prepares request for replenishment.
Supports the department’s implementation of policies, programs, and procedures.

Graduate of BS/BA in Psychology/Human Resources and other related courses
Relevant/related experience in BPO industry is an advantage
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and practices including basic knowledge of HR practices and principles, particularly administration of statutory benefits, grievance & arbitrary processes, and engagement activities
Strong communication skills: both written and oral; ability to speak before groups with the purpose of providing information and explaining new policies and procedures
Above average critical & analytical thinking skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Good research skills
Proficient in using MS Office, and Adobe Photoshop (advantage, but not required)
Candidate must be wiling to work in shifting schedule
