Job Post

1. Provides administrative support to the Principal, Teacher and other Administrative Personnel.

2. Updates and maintains school documentations and databases.

3. Organizes travel itinerary for the school, teachers and staff.

4. Disseminates important information / announcements to clients (Class Suspension, School Closing and General Reminders, Etc.)

5. Creates and distributes school letters / memos.

6. Manages the teachers' ASEP (After School Enrichment Program) schedule e.g. Mandarin Classes, Saturday Playschool, Daycare Program, Tutorials and Abacus Lessons.

7. Manages school purchases.

8. Manages school and staff house maintenance, repairs and replacement of equipment.

9. Develops and maintains filing systems.

10. Prepares collection, revenue and billing checklists.

11. Coordinates with the Finance Team for all payroll-related matters.

12. Handles bank-related tasks.

13. Manages expenses taken from Petty Cash and other funds.

14. Provides financial administration including bookkeeping, data entry and processing of invoices.

15. Bills and accepts payment from clients regarding school services.
