Job Description

Fix customer complaints via email.
Give reliable, correct and complete information by utilizing the right methods/tools.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Finish all tickets allocated to you for the day by the end of your shift.

Minimum Qualifications

FRESH GRADUATES are encourage to apply.
UNDER GRADUATES with call center experience are also welcome to apply
With or without call center experience.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
Amenable to work full-time/office-based.
Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
Willing to work in Ortigas.
Available to start ASAP!
