Handle patient calls with empathy and in a professional manner
Assist patients in obtaining and understanding their medical benefits
Examine medical claims of patients and verify insurance eligibility
Record any medical charges and other payments or adjustment
Requirement
Filipino
Bachelors degree graduate (4 year course)
Good command of the English language
At least 6 months BPO experience (any account)
Detail oriented, able to empathize with customer and has positive personality
Willing to work on flexible shift
Amenable to be assigned in Fort BGC, Taguig
Salary and Benefits:
Salary and allowances - 23,000 to 25,000 per month
