A growing IT company based in Australia is looking for an outgoing, bubbly, & confident Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support for the Managing Director (who is based in Australia).

We need someone who has:

• At least 4yrs experience as Personal Assistant or senior administration experience
• MUST have previously supported (Aussie, Kiwi, English or American manager)
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and in written form
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google suite
• Highly organised, independent and with great initiative
• Experience working with an Australian SMB or a boutique IT company is a PLUS!

As the Personal Assistant your main duty will be providing general secretarial and administrative duties to the Managing Director. You will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments. Some other things that you’ll also do are data entry, maintaining and updating database, and researching about certain topics requested by the MD or other colleagues.
