Position: German Customer Service Support (Technical Account)

Location: Quezon City
Salary: P 60,000 - P 85, 000
Schedule: Shifting
Requirements:
• Proficient in German and English Language
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• BPO experience is a plus
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Responsibilities:
• Responsible in coordinating with German speaking clients
• Attend and respond to customer complaints and concerns
• Maintain accurate data on customer information
• Ensure quality customer service is delivered at all times
• Provide relevant information as required
• Escalate unresolved issues as necessary
