JOB DESCRIPTION

Effective supervision and management of third party vendor in the delivery of Building/Facilities Management, Repair and Maintenance of Equipment at the Common Area, Janitorial services, and the likes.

Tracks and monitors issues reported, as well as achievement of lead time and quality of closure of issues.

Acts as Project Lead in delivery of Facilities related initiatives such as 5S, Compliance and Risk Assessment, etc.

Evaluates quality improvement and recommends opportunities to improve and level up service level.

Tracks and reports achievement of the SLA or Service Level, while also meets and aligns with the Business Unit account for expectations and projects needed to be worked on.

Benchmarks latest trends on Facilities Management.
