Resolve customer inquiries via email
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Develop a firm understanding of department policies and procedures
Manage incoming emails
Take the extra mile to go above and beyond to ensure customer happiness
Reports any customer feedback or trends in product or service issues to manager
Complete all tickets assigned to you for the day by the end of your shift
Minimum Qualifications
FRESH GRADUATES are encourage to apply.
UNDER GRADUATES with call center experience are also welcome to apply
With or without call center experience.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
Amenable to work full-time/office-based.
Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
Willing to work in Ortigas.
Available to start ASAP!
