We’re looking for a full time staff to help out with Customer Service at ResumeWriter.SG
The role includes:
- Customer Support Emails
- Answering Customer Calls
- Giving clients feedback on their CV (we’ll provide training)
- Assigning new orders on our website to our CV writers.
The Ideal Candidate
You’re a really fun person and can show that bubbly persona through great emails and the occasional 5 minute phone call.
You’re fanatic about solving customer’s problems and making them walk away delighted.
You’ve got an eye for great grammar, syntax and wordsmithing (we’re a writing services company after all)

This is a full time job.
You can work from home or anywhere with an internet connection.
Office Hours are 9am - 6pm Singapore time
No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
