Job Summary
Preparing and sending our all relevant documentation relating to HR processes
Processing benefit changes, issuing terms and conditions documentation and processing with the payroll department.
Assists in the company’s hiring process.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations.
Conduct Orientation to newly hired employees.
Conduct events such as but not limited to Company outing, Team Building, Christmas Party etc.
Organize records/data for documentation purposes and maintenance of the 201 files.
Promote a positive work environment that contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity of the workforce.

Job Type / Category
Willing to work in a construction company, full-time.

Education and Experience Required:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or any related courses.
At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field are required for this position.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in English both verbal and written.
Strong communication skills and able to work with different management levels.
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Organized and keen to details
