OVERALL JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the overall management of the office administration. Create, improve and implement process improvements related to administrative services.

KEY FUNCTIONS

Processes and manages all accreditations, licenses, business permits, property insurance and registrations while ensuring all are updated and well monitored; and dues, fees and taxes are paid in a timely manner
Monitor requests, distribution and returns of all office equipment and supplies
Manages office equipment and inventory of supplies
Manages all accounts of the company related to utilities, communication, insurance
Acts as the relationship manager of the company when dealing with 3rd party partners / service providers
Overall management of the office property, kitchen, and IT services in the head office
Book flights as per request and authorization
Perform other Admin duties/tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably with experience in Office Management / Administration
Highly organized professional with excellent communication skills
Must possess strong analytical skills and can-do attitude
Willing to work in Taguig City
