Job Role – Serve as first point-of-contact for patients on all technical and service levels. Provide assistance with patient support issues. Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure customer satisfaction. – Take calls on patient inquiries and complaints. Respond to patient phone calls and emails with troubleshooting tips and specific instructions. Review and discuss data with patients. May require some training of patients over the phone. – Adhere to high-quality technical support standards within the Technical Support department. Escalate hardware and software issues.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in college
• Minimum of 1 year BPO Experience in a VOICE ACCOUNT (CSR or TSR)
• Must have excellent English communications skills
• Dedicated, passionate, and goal-oriented
• Must be willing to work night shift and during weekends
• Amenable to work in BGC Taguig
