JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the development of construction drawings for construction bids and for construction projects including material take-off and estimates. Supervise project manpower and materials requirement, construction project progress and accompanied documentations.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Generates architectural or engineering drawings using CADD, for building and modification of general construction projects
Calculates cut, fill and develop project bill of quantities
Maintains and updates, design plans and documents
Prepares project manpower, materials and work schedules
Supervise project work progress and generate work progress or accomplishment reports
Assists in QA/QC documentation and preparations
Monitors project safety, schedule and budget
JOB QUALIFICATION

EDUCATION

A graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineer and a licensed engineer

EXPERIENCE

At least 1-2 yrs experience in the same field
