Health, safety and environmental (HSE) Manager are responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs.
These specialists create, review and update HSE policies and conduct risk assessments to detect potential hazards and plan precautionary measures.
Works with and through Management, to ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures and to assist in the achievement of profitability/productivity requirements.


Job Qualification
• Experience Should have minimum of 3 years experience as a safety Manager in Oil & Petrochemical Plant Construction
or relevant businessBachelor’s/College Degree in Safety Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• With BOSH/COSH Training
• Must have experience dealing with DOLE submittals
• With background in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Computer Literate
• With strong and good inter-personal communication and coordinating skills
