⦁ At least 2 years of experience in writing technical reports and internal communications
⦁ Strong research and analysis skills
⦁ Basic knowledge or familiarity with HR work, specifically around compensation/salary, rewards/incentives, recruitment
⦁ Strong or advanced skills in Microsoft Word
⦁ Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
⦁ Basic skills or familiarity with desktop publishing
⦁ Basic skills or familiarity with data visualization
⦁ Strong ability to work within tight deadlines and self-manage time across multiple, simultaneous projects that may involve different procedures and different project team members
⦁ Experienced in working with colleagues from different cultures, time zones, and positions
⦁ Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills, including teamwork, collaboration, and negotiation
⦁ Fast learner with a ‘growth mindset’
⦁ Willing to work in the night shift (7 PM to 4 AM) from Monday to Friday
