• Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents.
• Reconcile transactions/accounts.
• Monitor balances and report discrepancies.
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Communicate with suppliers
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in MS Excel and Google spreadsheet
• Can speak, read, write and understand Mandarin with conversation English skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
