Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Update operations dashboard and checklists on a daily basis
- Check and maintain office and warehouse supplies inventory.
- Monitor and record timekeeping and overtime hours of personnel.
- Prepare billing for overtime and excess trips.
- Inspect and record status of equipment and facilities to ensure safety working environment
- Inspect 5S status of all areas in the warehouse. Provide daily, weekly and monthly report.
- Conduct internal audit with Warehouse Manager.
- Record Filling.

Your Skills and Experiences:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): Proficient using MS Excel.
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
- Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates can apply; With at least less than 1 year experience in related field.
- Willing to work in Angeles City, Pampanga.
