Job Purpose:
The primary function of Systems and Process Trainer is to provide effective trainings to operations and internal stakeholders (OKAM Sales) on Transport Management Systems and general Sea Freight Logistics Processes. This function is also expected to extend trainings to customers on various Customer Solutions platforms.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- To conduct department-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- To map out regular (monthly/quarterly) training plans for Operations and Support Teams covering all PH branches (Sea Freight).
- To conduct induction and refresher trainings across a range of systems and Customer Solution Applications.
- To participate in Regional Training sessions and effectively deliver local training sessions to internal and external customers.
- To assess effectiveness of training conducted and determine its impact on employee skills and KPIs.
- To market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information on training topics.
- To host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
- To support the root cause analysis of systems and process control failures in order to provide appropriate and timely solutions.
- To maintain the training records of the department via Learning at platform.

Your Skills and Experiences:
- Candidate must posses(s): at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Seafreight Logistics Forwarding.
- Must be analytical, detail-oriented and system savvy.
- Has excellent above average communication skills.
- Experienced in developing technical and process-oriented training materials.
- Proficient in using MS Office Applications.
- Required language(s): English
