Qualification/Requirements:
Candidate must have obtained a College Degree or Post Graduate Degree major of IT, Ads or equivalent.
At least one (1) year working experience in IT industry.
Highly skilled in Facebook or Google accounts management and promotions.
Knowledgeable and experienced with P2P Marketing, video editing, photoshop among others
Technical knowledge and experience can include Google AdWords, Facebook, Google Analytics, and Exact Target among others
Chinese (Mandarin) speaking is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Able to work independently and is analytically inclined.
Decisiveness and strong problem solving skills, especially under pressure.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships and work individually and as a team.
Solid sales and presentation skills.
Proficient Excel and other MS Word.
Can cope in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for user acquisition and monitor media buying on Facebook, Google, Twitter etc.
Manage user acquisition from Facebook/ Google/Affiliate Network, optimize and analyze the effect of advertising for higher conversion rate of users
Responsible for operating and analyzing the accounts mainly for Facebook and Google, and also for the quality and quantity of new users.
Optimize plan, and/or re-adjust promotion strategy, and generate campaigns online, including creatives, locations, time and traffic test, develop new traffic agencies and media mix.
Responsible for daily cost of each new user as well as based on the company’s demand.
Increase the conversion from active users to high quality ones based on the new user events data in APP.

Salary: 40 -80K
