Company Profile:
The global operations center in the Philippines delivers a variety of services for the RELX Group business.

Position: Senior Business Controller (Global Finance)
Salary: Negotiable (P70,000-P90,000)
Schedule: 2PM-10PM (weekends off)
Location: Quezon City

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related area.
Minimum 5-8 years relevant experience in an accounting and/or business controlling role required.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of financial and management accounting, process and systems
Experience with complex finance projects
Must be an advanced level Excel user. Experience with manipulating large amounts of data and PowerPoint, Hyperion, and Oracle knowledge are required as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems/tools
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Good communication skills and able to operate effectively at all levels within a truly global business

Job Responsibilities:
Management reporting for actuals and budgets/forecasts, including variance analysis and commentaries
Responsible for development and optimizing the financial reporting tools supporting BDS
CoE liaison person for Finance projects delivering process improvements within Finance and Non Finance community
Helping ensure that senior management's priority information requirements are delivered and ""operationalized"" on a timely basis"
