This UK Based publishing company has published the great works of the world’s most famous writers and even serve to royal families. This is the official Publishing house of the Biggest and most prestigious university and research institution in the United Kingdom. The Manila office is maintaining the IT system of the head quarter. It operates as ROHQ of the mother company. They are hiring IT people to support the IT systems of all branches located around the world.

Position: Japanese Application Software Technician
Industry: ROHQ for Publishing House
Location: Makati
Salary: P 65,000 -- P 85,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Requirements:
• Filipino who can speak, read and write both Japanese and English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
• JLPT N1-N2 passer strictly passer only
• Has 2 years technical Support background
• Degree Holder or non Degree holder as long as the background is really good

Responsibilities:
• Answer technical Issues from users of global products
• Handle calls from Users of digital products assistance in Japan (Products: home of e books , English Grammar mobile applications, generations of online materials)
• Handle escalations from Customer service team regarding some technical concerns on online dictionary app
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and technical Support

Recruitment Process:

2. HR team in the Philippines will invite the candidate for HR Interview
3. Technical Exam will be facilitated
4. Be ready with technical exams
5. Final Interview with Japanese Branch Head to assess the foreign language proficiency
