Position: Portuguese Custom and Logistics Admin

Requirements:
• Native or Non-Native/ Native Portuguese Speaker
• Must be fluent in English
• Graduate of any 4 year course ( Engineering, Accounting
• Willing to work on mid-shift and night-shift
• Must be interested in or have actual experience in automotive parts and its functions, production machineries and equipment, supplies
• Ability to read engineering drawings and design is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in Assigning and applying the correct Harmonized System (HS) tariff codes to goods being imported or exported for automotive parts, machineries and equipment, production and non-production supplies
• Understand and write technical descriptions of parts, machineries, equipment etc.
• Recommending and/or maintain new changed classification rules
• Analyze Customs Explanatory Notes for the Tariff and Tax in order to determine the correct customs tariff code
• Perform routine classification consistency and quality reviews
• Issue resolution with suppliers, customers, and engineering departments
