The Process/Business Excellence Manager is responsible for delivery of business transformation (Robotics Process Automation, Digitalization etc), LEAN & Six Sigma Projects and continuous improvement initiatives for one or multiple clients. The Business Excellence Manager will help enabling intelligent operations through analytics and automation.

Roles & Responsibilities (Should include the following but may not be limited to):
- Lead improvement projects on operations to improve Cost, Quality and Client Value.
- Responsible for the Business Excellence Framework of the assigned accounts
- Responsible in driving Six Sigma and Lean deployment
- Work with all areas of the organization to build a continuous improvement environment
- Provide technical and analytical support for process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate the design and implementation of new/improved process models
- Assist in driving the improvement of account metrics like productivity, AHT and Quality
- Contribute and present in client/customer reviews/meetings
- Adhere to compliance to Quality Standards (ISO, COPC, CMMI)
- Drive the culture of information-based decision making
- Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
- Elicit requirements and drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis
- Work with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements
- Actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance
- Ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on and managed at all times
- Ensure that the team works in accordance with the approved company operating policies, procedures, practices and methods
- To complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
- To lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement-based workshops/trainings to drive ideas and solutions

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field (Industrial Engineering or Medical course preferred)
- 8 Years and above of Solid Experience in Quality and Process Excellence
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Visio, Tableu, PowerBI and Minitab
- Must be Six Sigma Black Belt, or at least Green Belt Certified with Black Belt Training.
- Experience of designing or implementing a framework of continuous improvement in a multi-jurisdictional organization
- Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solutions
- Experience of designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, and track record of following through to ensure closure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts
- Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements
