Job Description: RPA Engineer


Job Description - Overview:
The RPA Engineer will be part of the Business Process Automation development team and will participate ​in solution design against business requirements. They should have a good understanding of business requirements along with technical details. They will participate in the peer review process to ensure that codes adhere to design and follow best practices for code development.


Key Job Functions and Duties :
❏ Mapping end-to-end business processes and identifying opportunities for automation
❏ Training clients on the use of Robotic Process Automation technologies and in Automation best practice
❏ Perform Proof of Concepts for feasibility analysis for the proposed solution
❏ Working with the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out and fix bugs

General skills:
❏ Designing, Testing and Launching Robotic Process Automation solutions
❏ Develop the object and workflow for client requirements.
❏ Designing the workflow documents and allocate objects to automation developers.
❏ Strong skills in application of RPA business processes at the enterprise level.
❏ Good functional and technical knowledge on Retail Banking business solutions
❏ Can do approach and a positive attitude to support the project

Desired Experience & Qualities
❏ 1-5 years of experience in RPA using industry leading tools
❏ Experience working in Agile teams. Conversant with SDLC automation tools and with agile development practices.
❏ Designed and developed previous solutions using RPA tools.
❏ Developed RPA solutions in the Financial Services sector.

Qualifications and Accreditations:
❏ Certified in Robotic Process Automation technologies

Reporting structure:
❏ The RPA developer reports to the BPA customer lead
