Job Description
Answer calls and reply to emails.
Manage customer queries both telephone and by email.
Verify Reservations through the web or by calling hotels.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Follow up customer calls when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Good communication skills: Verbal and Non-Verbal
Undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
At least 3 to 6 months of experience in the BPO industry is a BIG plus.
With or without call center experience.
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Ortigas Center
