JOB OBJECTIVE
Provide customer service support via phone (outbound) and email related to insurance claims.
β€’ Be actively involved in the onboarding process of auto claims and coordinate with all parties involved.
β€’ Work hand-in-hand with internal team, insurers and other parties via email or phone (outbound).
β€’ Ensure all interactions made with clients, insurers and other affiliates are logged into the system.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
β€’ Must have 2 – 3 years work experience in customer service; handling a US account.
β€’ Preferably with Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
