JOB OBJECTIVE
Provide customer service support via phone (outbound) and email related to insurance claims.
β’ Be actively involved in the onboarding process of auto claims and coordinate with all parties involved.
β’ Work hand-in-hand with internal team, insurers and other parties via email or phone (outbound).
β’ Ensure all interactions made with clients, insurers and other affiliates are logged into the system.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Must have 2 β 3 years work experience in customer service; handling a US account.
β’ Preferably with Bachelorβs degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
