Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Qualifications:
- Participate in basic application consultancy and support of system solutions in order to support business users and strengthen the usage of CRM business applications
- Provide 3rd line support for business solutions and services
- Ensure that normal services to business users/end users are restored in the shortest possible period time
- Act as a resource that supports requests and works on incidents, ensuring that they are completed within the target SLA
- Implementation of standard changes according to change management processes
- Regular meetings with the business and the team as required
