JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for providing all sales generation support for the brokers assigned, agents and direct clients, installing of closed accounts and provides after sales service to existing accounts by coordinating with different work units of the Healthcare Division.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
i. Settles closed accounts by preparing policy issuance, endorsing appropriate documents to
Underwriting and assisting in the collection of initial premium.

ii. Prepares monthly sales, renewal and prospect reports for submission to immediate supervisor.

iii. Assists in Healthcare program design and negotiations of group medical insurance/Healthcare business.

iv. Ensure renewal of existing accounts.

v. Elevates to proper channels concerns that needs higher level decisions.

vi. Provides after-sales service to existing policyholders.

vii. Assists and address client concerns and inquiries via email and telephone conversation.

viii. Ensure service deliverables to clients are within TAT to ensure client satisfaction.

ix. Establish rapport and maintain visibility with existing clients to promote client retention

x. Conducts presentation and benefit orientations to corporate clients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDE

- ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
College degree, any Business Course

- WORK EXPERIENCE
Experience in sales in Healthcare/Group Medical Insurance and Customer Service

- COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
With above average written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Capable of initiating high-level contacts
Strong understanding of customer needs
Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
Ability to work with quotas and goals
Excellent presentation skills
