Job Descriptions:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
- Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
Job Qualifications:
- Active Mainland US and PH license
- With 2-3 years solid post education clinical experience
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Mandaluyong
