JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Apply acquired understanding and practices when serving client queries
• Ensure client approval in all transactions
• Ownership of client demands as well as follow up to assure resolution was provided
• Professionally pay attention to and sort out client issues and escalate as appropriate
Obtain and assess all applicable info to handle requests and complaints
QUALIFICATIONS:
• With good to excellent English communications skills
• High School Graduate with BPO EXPERIENCE
• Undergraduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• College Graduates/Fresh Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
• Vocational Course Graduates with or without BPO EXPERIENCE
SITES: ORTIGAS, MANDALUYONG, SAN JUAN, PASIG, RIZAL, QUEZON CITY, PASAY, TAGUIG, ALABANG, MAKATI, MANILA, UP AYALA, CUBAO and EASTWOOD.
