Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to users conditions and queries in a well-timed, qualified and correct way to help continue to keep superior levels of user approval and low case duration
• Maintain a competent and polite temperament when conversing with consumers and peers
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:

• With or without call center experience
• Finished high school; 2 or 4 years in college
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer and Web proficient.
• Willing to deliver the results in QC, Bulacan, Caloocan, Novaliches and be designated to changing work schedules.
